One-Time Phone-Based Remote Support Incident

Jeff-Net offers per incident phone-based remote programming support. Once purchased, we will schedule a time to call you and provide the support. You are welcome to send details of your question after ordering to support@jeff-net.com. This will open a support ticket with us, allow us to think about your issue before calling you, and we will schedule your session.

Choose the amount of support you desire. If you don't know, select the default of "30 Minutes". That's usually enough time to answer most questions.

If you require immediate support, select "Critical" from the drop-down box. With this option, we will contact you within 2 hours on the same day.
